Support Policy

mc² supports it's products only under the conditions listed below:

  1. The mc² product has been purchased from an authorized partner.
  2. The mc² product and data have not been customized or modified by Dexterity, the Great Plains Modifier, VBA or other development tools.
  3. The mc² product has been installed using standard practices followed by Microsoft Dynamics GP technical support and documentation.
  4. The mc² product is a currently supported version or database.
  5. Microsoft Dynamics GP is a currently support version and platform.
  6. The workstations and servers meet or exceed minimum Great Plains requirements.
  7. Microsoft Dynamics GP has not been customized or modified by Dexterity, custom SQL Server procedures, VBA or other development tools.
  8. The Microsoft Dynamics GP window, process or table on which you are requesting support is not updated or impacted by the mc² product.
  9. The installation is supported by a Microsoft Dynamics GP consultant, either from Microsoft or a Microsoft Partner with a Microsoft Dynamics competency.
  10. The mc² product is running in an environment where significant hardware, external software or operating system problems impact the mc² product's performance.

These conditions can be changed at any time without prior notice, and are subject to the support expiration dates for each product.
