eContact let's you easily email documents, such as Sales Invoices, Invoicing Invoices, Purchase Orders and Remittance Advices right from Dynamics GP.

Email Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Statements and Remittance Advices

  • From the Sales Transaction, Invoice and Purchase Order windows - Entry and Inquiry - eContact automatically looks up your Outlook Contact information.
  • Once you finish entering the transaction, or it your just inquiring, you can quickly print, fax or email the transaction with one click.
  • Batches of transactions, or selections of transactions from the Print Documents windows, can be emailed easily and quickly.
  • Customer Statements can be easily emailed on-the-fly, or flexibly to a group of customers.
  • Email remittance advices for EFT payments instead of mailing them.

Setup is Simple

  • Once you finish the mc²Setup Wizard and define your printers you can immediately start using eContact.

One-Click Access from the eContact Toolbar

  • All eContact features are one mouse-click away.

Link Existing Data and Contacts

  • You can link your existing Customer, Vendors, Prospects and Employees to existing Outlook Contacts through a simple list view window.

Update and Find Contacts Instantly

  • Whenever you update a Customer, Vendor, Prospect or Employee, or any address information, eContact automatically updates your Outlook Contacts.
  • Whenever you're viewing a Customer, Vendor, Prospect or Employee, or any address, eContact let's you instantly find that Contact in Outlook.

Find Email Addresses Instantly

  • If you don't know an email address, eContact will search for the Contact and give you a list of email addresses to choose from.

Fax Documents Easily

  • Install a GFI fax server, and you can fax as easily as you email with eContact.

Use Public Folders

  • If you're using Microsoft Exchange Server, you can place your eContact Contacts in public folders.
  • You can choose a different folder for each type of Contact (Customer, Vendor, Prospect and Employee).
